RUSSIA DAILY: In light of domestic political situations, Russia is adopting the "New Putin Doctrine":
--Russia is committed to peace and growth  in the region.
--Russia is committed to nuclear non-proliferation
--Russia is willing to be a responsible stakeholder and take on greater responsibility in ensuring peace and growth.
--Russia seeks to achieve mutually beneficial trade, growth and security in the region.
--Russia respects all countries' sovereignty.
